It was at a dinner party in Hong Kong that Amy was offered the opportunity to move to Beijing as the Director of Key Account Sales for China's largest wine importer. Over the next several years Amy was introduced to some of the world’s best wine producers and found her true love in Pinot Noir – from Oregon. A Northwest native and ready to return to clean air and abundant recreation, Amy accepted a position with the French cooperage ERMITAGE Tonnellerie as sales manager for Washington, Oregon, the Central Coast of California, and Asia.
